As an executive administrative assistant for several Fortune 1000 companies, she’s using her experience to fine-tune processes, streamline billing, and modernize the way we interact with our patients.
She continuously participates in webinars and community groups centered around medical billing to stay current with the ever-changing insurance industry’s rules and regulations. Whenever possible, she will educate patients on their Explanation of Benefits to help them make informed decisions on their plan coverage.

Front Desk, Scheduling, and Events Coordinator

Her experiences in educational and personal assistant arenas have provided a solid foundation for juggling a front desk medical office. She also knows first-hand how consistency gets results. When your care begins, she’ll coordinate our availability with times to fit your schedule and reserve blocks of appointments in advance, helping you prioritize your health into your weekly plan.
You’ll be set up with appointment reminders via text, email, or both; she will also collect payments at the time of service to keep balances manageable.
